Sara Trout is one of our newest teamCPG members. She is working as an Account Manager dealing with the ordering and day-to-day operations for some of our larger clients. We asked her a few questions to get to know her a little better.

What’s your background?

I have an extensive background in customer service. Every job I have ever held required me to uphold a high level of customer service, whether it was retail, working in a restaurant, or being a hairstylist.

What brought you to printCPG?

printCPG stood out to me in the fact that one of the most important pillars in their business is innovation. I am a strong believer in progression and that change is good. I believe if you are not changing and learning, then you are not evolving. I was also very impressed by the fun and creative atmosphere that has been adapted here.

What will you be doing at printCPG?

I am managing the ordering and day to day operations for some of our larger clients, as well as assisting other departments.

What are you most excited about learning/doing?

I am excited about learning all about the print industry. I love that printCPG goes beyond basic print by introducing the marketing aspect into it as well. I have always been interesting in learning how to market better.

How do you define success?

Success to me is when I am always learning, changing, and working to the best of my capabilities. I also feel success is when my peers think I have done a good job, and when I can believe in myself.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where and why?

I would like to travel to Tokyo. I have always loved the culture, food and I love shopping!!

What’s one item on your bucket list? Why is it there?

One item on my bucket list is cliff diving. I am sometimes guilty of letting fear win, so I would like to do something that forces me to push past my fears (in a fun way, of course). It would have to be somewhere tropical though. I would love to find some waterfall in the rain forest and jump off the edge into a wonderful little cove.

Anything else you’d like for us to know? Your clients?
I am very excited to be here and to be helping everyone (printCPG, myself, the clients) grow to their full potential.
