John Andress is a member of our production team. He is the Bindery Supervisor and oversees a lot of what happens in our production facility and ensures that everything is running smoothly. It was his turn to be interviewed for our teamCPG spotlight.
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am a simple kind of person who likes to spend time in the mountains.
How did you end up at printCPG?
I had heard about a stitcher opening at the company. I applied and now here I am!
What is your role here at printCPG?
I am the Bindery Supervisor. My role includes scheduling jobs throughout the bindery department, training employees and maintaining the equipment.
What got you into the print business?
At a young age, I found a job working a print shop. The rest is history.
What do you think you’re doing here that sets printCPG apart from its competitors?
I believe our attention to quality and our willingness to challenge the impossible sets us apart from our competitors.
As an adventurer, what’s your favorite place that you’ve traveled to and why?
I went to Montana last year, and seeing the water combined with the snowcaps on the mountains was a great experience.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why?
I would love to travel to Easter Island. It would be awesome to see the statues on the Island left by ancient people.
